Eli is an experienced physiotherapist who has been working in the rehabilitation space for 15+ years. He has a special interest in working with people who have shoulder pain and dysfunction. Through education, exercises, and hands-on techniques, Eli strives to make people better versions of themselves – less pain, more function, and able to live their best life. He aims for his patients to increase their functional ability by treating the pain, improving biomechanics, improving strength, and creating durable bodies. He values creating lasting, positive change in his patients while being in a unique position to motivate, coach and help people navigate their potentially challenging rehab journey.

Outside of work, you can find Eli in a few places. Outdoors with his wife, son and daughter: hiking with his and Cairn Terrier, running, and especially relaxing at the beach. In the kitchen cooking up a storm: soups, stews and curries are his specialty. On the couch binging on Netflix (because who doesn’t do that?).
